Thank you for purchasing a warranty from The Printer Depo. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully so you understand what you receive under the warranty.

Administrator shall mean The Printer Depo, under Valencia Management, LLC. PO BOX 181027 Dallas, TX 75218 with a telephone number. (972) 494- 3300
The following terms are used in the Order Summary
Warranty plan price: The price varies per product.
Coverage Start Date: The date starts on the day the product was purchased.
Waiting Period: We do not offer waiting periods for warranties.
Coverage Term or Term: This is the days, months, or years of coverage. This varies from 7 days to 3 years. Coverage starts on the day the product is purchased. The warranty The Printer Depo offers is only for The Printer Depo’s products sold to you. It does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty if product has warranty coverage under the original manufacturer.
Covered Product or Your Product: The product or type of product purchased and covered under this warranty.
Coverage Amount: The purchase price of the covered product.
Coverage Type: This defines the level of coverage you purchased.
2. Coverage and Terms:
This warranty will cover a mechanical or electrical failure of the Covered Product(s) in subsections A, B, and C below during normal usage for the term of this warranty plan. This warranty does not override any manufacturer’s warranty. You can, however, purchase an extended warranty from The Printer Depo to take over after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. Replacement parts will be new, rebuilt, or non-original manufacturer’s parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product at our sole option.
This warranty Plan does not cover repair or replacement of Your product for any of the causes or provide coverage for any losses set forth in Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions, entitled “What is Not Covered.’ Specific details about Your coverage under this Warranty Plan are provided in the Order Summary.
i. This Warranty Plan provides coverage for the parts and labor costs to repair or replace Your Product where the problem is the result of failure caused by:
1. Shipping Damage;
2. Defects in materials or workmanship;
3. Power surge/fluctuation; Please see section 11 “Power Surge Protection” for details.
4. Damaged or defective buttons or connectivity ports located on Your Product;
5. Defective pixels in display areas.
6. Internal overheating, and/or noise.
ii. Specific details about your coverage under this protection Plan are provided in the Order Summary.
3. Optional Coverage’s:
A. The Printer Depo does not offer any additional coverage’s.
4. What to do if a covered product needs service:
File online at http://www.theprinterdepo.com/rmaform/ or call us at (972) 494–3300 and explain the problem. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem you are having. If we cannot resolve the problem, you will be given options on how to get the issue resolved.
5. How We Will Service Your Item:
Depending on the item, the warranty, and the circumstance, we will either:
A. Repair Your Product, or;
B. Provide you with a regular exchange, in which we wait for your printer to arrive here and then send out the replacement product, or;
C. Provide you with an advanced exchange, in which you pay for a replacement item and we ship it to you, then when we get your product in, we refund you the price paid (Subject to a 25% restocking fee)
D. Provide you with a regular return, in which we refund you the cost of the product only. If still within the available 30 days, we can refund you the shipping costs. (All Subject to a 25% restocking fee)
6. Place of Service:
We service all units in our warehouse location in Dallas, TX. If the customer is located within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex then we can also service your product at the customer’s location, if within the 30 days. After the 30 days, we can still do on-site repairs if the customer pays a trip fee. Customers may also walk in to do the repair.
For shippable items, We can provide shipping labels if your warranty is within the 30 days to allow for us to pay for shipping costs. If the warranty date exceeds the 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs back and forth.
7. Limit of Liability:
The total amount that is at Our cost shall not exceed the cost of the product. If in the chance that the cost exceeds the product total we will have to charge You the difference or do an advanced or regular exchange. The Printer Depo is NOT liable to pay for any service done by any other technicians that are not The Printer Depo technicians. Also, the warranty is voided if any person not employed by The Printer Depo does any tech work on the product. We use security markings to tell us if the product has been tampered with. All original parts must still be on unit, we will know if the product has been changed.
8. Your Responsibilities:
A. Provide us with your original invoice, purchase order number, Amazon order number, eBay auction number, or Sear’s order number. We can pull up the order to insure proof of purchase.
B. Correctly explain the issues of the product.
C. Properly maintain your product. Do not void the warranty, do not change parts, and do not use unauthorized equipment with the product.
9. What is NOT Covered:
A. Any product that is not clearly marked as The Printer Depo’s product.
B. Maintenance, repair, or replacement of product by other technician’s.
C. Theft or Loss, vandalism.
D. Act of nature, such as weather conditions or animal/insect infestation.
E. Damage caused by You, not keeping up with cleaning, maintenance, improper equipment modifications, attachments, incorrect installation or product and/or software.
F. Battery leakage, improper electrical/power supply.
G. Cosmetic damage
H. Accidental damage
I. Consumers consumables, such as ink, toner, paper, maintence kit, fusers, rollers, pads, etc.
J. Product’s with removed or altered serial numbers.
K. Manufacturer defects and recalls.
L. Items not sold exclusively from The Printer Depo to You.
10. No Lemon Policy:
If we have decided that the product has already been repaired, replaced, and worked on too many times, that it deems the product worthless within the warranty dates, we will just do a return of the product. All further cost of the product shall be assumed by You.
11. Power Surge Protection:
This warranty protects against the operational failure of a covered product resulting from a power surge while properly connected to a surge protector. You may be asked to provide your surge protector for examination.
12. Free Shipping:
The warranty only covers shipping charges to us, The Printer Depo and to You for warranty repair within the first 30 days.
13. Worldwide Service:
The coverage provided under this warranty plan does NOT apply for places other than the 48 contiguous United States of America. If your product has been shipped out of the states, we are not responsible for the product and/or the shipping at all.
14. Transfer of Service Agreement:
The warranty may NOT be transferred to anyone else other than the current purchaser. If product has been purchased for resale, we can blind drop ship direct to that individual and they do carry the warranty, however it would be the purchaser who would call in to pursue warranty coverage.
You may cancel this warranty at any time for any reason. The warranty will be refunded based on the purchase price of the extended warranty, you will get 100% of the price back if within the first 30 days, after that, the warranty will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. No refunds on warranties already included with the product. You must call us at (972) 494-3300 for this refund.
We may cancel your warranty for you is there has been issues of nonpayment, fraud, or material representation by you.
This is not an insurance policy. All of the warranty is assumed by The Printer Depo. You can call us at (972) 494-3300 or emails us at email@example.com if there has not been a response to your claim within the 60 days after Return Merchandise Authorization has occurred.
