Business Net Terms & Resale Program

The Printer Depot offers commercial net-payment terms to qualified businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and other established entities located within the United States.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• The applying company or agency must have been established for more than three years.

• The entity must generate more than $1,000,000 in annual revenue or maintain an equivalent operating budget.

• The applicant—or its corporate parent or holding company—must be based in the United States.

• The entity must have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN) or federal Taxpayer Identification Number.

• Products shipped to a Texas address must include a valid Texas resale certificate or acceptable proof of sales-tax exemption when tax-exempt treatment is requested. Otherwise, applicable sales tax will be charged.

• The applicant must agree to pay every invoice in full by its stated due date and satisfy all outstanding balances each month. Balances may not be carried forward.

Application and Approval

All applications are subject to verification and credit approval. We may request supporting documentation, including business references, financial information, proof of annual revenue, tax-exemption documents, and authorization from an approved purchasing representative.

Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval. Credit limits and payment terms are assigned individually based on the applicant’s qualifications, purchasing needs, and payment history.

Late Payments and Default

Late, incomplete, or missed payments will result in the immediate suspension or termination of net terms and may require all future purchases to be prepaid.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the governing sales agreement, delinquency may also result in the suspension or cancellation of warranty benefits associated with products purchased through the delinquent account.

Unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency or legal counsel. The Printer Depot reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance, along with applicable interest, collection expenses, court costs, and attorneys’ fees when permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

Net terms are available exclusively for qualifying commercial and institutional purchases and are not offered as consumer credit.
