The HP 6QN28-60102 control panel assembly replaces the operator interface on supported HP Color LaserJet Enterprise printers. Its color touchscreen provides access to printer settings, device status, help screens, and available applications.
Designed for the printer’s adjustable-angle control-panel position, this assembly is a replacement option when the existing panel has been diagnosed as damaged or malfunctioning.

Retain your existing mounting hardware and connection cable for installation as applicable.
Installation guidance.
Installation by a qualified printer technician is recommended. Turn the printer off, wait at least 30 seconds, and disconnect the power cord before servicing. Use appropriate electrostatic-discharge precautions.
Follow HP’s service procedure and disconnect the flat flexible cable before completely removing the panel. Do not pull the assembly away while the cable remains attached.
