Return & Damage Policy
At The Printer Depot, we aim to provide clear expectations regarding returns, shipping damage, and order processing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives with shipping-related damage, you must notify us promptly and provide the required documentation. To submit a shipping damage claim, please email Sales@theprinterdepo.com with the following:

Clear photos of the damage inside the box

Clear photos showing external damage to the box
-
A clear photo of the shipping label
Failure to provide all requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Standard Return Requests
For non-damage-related returns, please email Sales@theprinterdepo.com with:

Your order number
-
The reason for the return
All return requests are subject to review and approval by The Printer Depot.
Items Not Eligible for Return (No Exceptions)
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

New OEM sealed printheads, toners, transfer belts, imaging drums, or developers.

Remanufactured printheads, transfer belts, imaging drums, or developers.

All palletized freight items
-
Any items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 United States of America

Returns and warranties are nullified for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and all foreign locations

Any single item weighing more than 65 lbs
-
Any items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
Eligible Returns
All other items may be eligible for return within 30 days of order date only if:

The item was sent in error, or
-
The item is deemed a total loss by The Printer Depot and/or the shipping company
The determination of return eligibility is made solely by The Printer Depot and/or the shipping carrier. The client’s opinion is not the deciding factor.
Restocking Fees & Return Costs
Returns that are:

Deemed easily repairable by an end user, or
-
Found to not exhibit the issues reported by the client
will be subject to the following charges:

A 25% restocking fee

Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
-
Return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer
Packaging & Return Condition
All approved returns must be properly packaged and adequately protected for transit. Any returns that arrive with unreported damage due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Processing Time & Disputes
Many of our products require a processing time ranging from 3 to 45 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order. This processing time is normal and does not constitute grounds for cancellation or dispute.
If you are unable to wait patiently without filing a dispute with your financial institution, please do not place an order online. Instead, contact a representative prior to ordering at Sales@theprinterdepo.com.
Any attempts to file a dispute in place of following our published policies, or any misuse of proof of delivery, may result in order denial, account restriction, and legal action.
By completing a purchase with The Printer Depot, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Return & Damage Policy.
