The 4YL16A fuser assembly is designed for compatible high-volume color laser printing systems. The fuser applies controlled heat and pressure during the final stage of the printing process, permanently bonding toner to the page for sharp text, consistent color and reliable media handling.
Replacement may be appropriate when experiencing recurring fuser-related errors, toner that does not properly adhere to the page, print defects, wrinkling, unusual noises or deterioration associated with a worn fusing assembly.

Technical specifications
4YL16A is the 110V configuration. The 220V version uses part number 4YL17A. Verify the printer's required voltage and part number prior to installation.
Straightforward replacement.
The fuser is designed as a service-replacement component. Before installation, power the printer off, disconnect it from power and allow sufficient time for the existing fuser to cool completely. Always verify the printer model and voltage before installing the replacement assembly.
