Restore reliable fuser-drive operation
The RM1-8134 fuser drive assembly operates the fusing system and its pressure-release mechanism in supported duplex HP and Canon color laser printers. A worn drive assembly or sticking solenoid can prevent the mechanism from engaging and releasing correctly, potentially producing grinding noises, gear-related malfunctions, interrupted print cycles, or a 59.F0 control-panel error.
Custom long-life solenoid pad
The original pad is replaced or supplemented with a custom material selected to prevent the solenoid arm from sticking as the factory cushioning material ages.
Targeted 59.F0 correction
When error 59.F0 originates from the solenoid-pad failure inside this fuser drive assembly, the custom modification permanently eliminates that specific failure point.
Complete drive-system replacement
Replaces the mechanical assembly responsible for driving the fuser and operating the associated pressure and release functions in supported duplex configurations.
Cross-platform compatibility
Designed for select HP LaserJet M551, M570 and M575 printers, along with their Canon LBP5480 and LBP7780 counterparts.
