What began in a small Texas town with limited resources and a relentless work ethic has grown into one of the nation’s most trusted independent remanufacturing operations. Over the past three decades, we have served more than 8,000,000 customers, rebuilt over 300,000 printers, and expanded into a 25,000+ square foot warehouse and operations facility serving all 48 contiguous United States.

Unlike many resellers who simply clean and relist used equipment, every printer we sell is physically inspected, tested, remanufactured, and professionally packaged by our team in Texas prior to shipment. Our process is centered around long-term reliability—not shortcuts.

Each approved unit undergoes a comprehensive restoration and quality control process which may include complete internal cleaning, replacement of wear components, firmware verification and updates, operational testing of trays and accessories, and final print testing prior to shipment. Configuration and test pages are printed and included with every printer, and all equipment is professionally packaged in accordance with transportation and carrier safety standards.
