Verify Voltage Before Ordering
RM2-4696 is the 110–127V fuser configuration.
Do not substitute this unit for a 220–240V fuser. HP RM2-4697 and Canon FM2-Q345-000 are voltage-specific 220–240V counterparts and are not interchangeable with this 110–127V listing.

Installation
The fuser is installed from the rear section of the printer and requires removal of printer covers and electrical connections.
Installation by an experienced printer technician is recommended. Always power the printer off, disconnect it from electrical power, and allow the existing fuser sufficient time to cool before servicing.
Exchange Purchase Reminder
Your replacement fuser will arrive with a prepaid return label for the defective fuser.
The defective core must be returned. Failure to return the fuser will result in a $60 core charge, and unpaid charges may be referred to collections.
