The 800 Series plotter is a great plotter to have and it's completely normal for this error to occur since it does utilize a traditional spinning hard drive for its firmware and when the drive begins to fail you will get the dreaded 05:10 error. All you need to do is replace this pre-loaded hard drive & get back to printing!
This part is recommended to be installed by an HP authorized technician due to the firmware initialization process.
