Freight delivery requirements
Standard freight shipping is for commercial customers with a loading dock or forklift. Additional delivery services are charged as follows:
- Lift-gate service: $80 additional when required.
- Residential delivery: $95 additional for residential addresses.
Both charges apply when residential delivery and lift-gate service are required. All applicable delivery fees must be paid before shipping.

The M712dn includes Ethernet networking and automatic two-sided printing. Wi-Fi is not built into the standard configuration. AirPrint requires the printer and mobile device to be accessible on a compatible local network. This is a print-only model.
