Installation Overview

Turn the printer off and wait at least 30 seconds.
Disconnect the power cable and allow the existing fuser to cool completely.
Remove the duplexer, if installed, and open the rear output area.
Release the two blue fuser levers and pull the old fuser straight out.
Insert the replacement fuser until it is fully seated and locked into place.
Reassemble the printer, reconnect power, and test print quality.

Safety warning: A recently operated fuser can be extremely hot. Always disconnect power and allow sufficient cooling time before handling it.
