Fuser assembly

A prepaid return label is included with your order. After installing the replacement kit, place the defective fuser in the protective packaging and return it using the supplied label.
Failure to return the defective fuser will result in a $65 non-return charge. Unpaid charges may be referred to collections.
Only the defective fuser must be returned. Keep and install the rollers, separation pad, and other maintenance components included with the kit.

What is included with this maintenance kit?
The kit includes one compatible fuser assembly, one transfer roller, one Tray 1 pickup roller, one Tray 1 separation pad, one Tray 2/3 pickup roller assembly, and one Tray 2/3 separation roller assembly.
Why do I need to select my printer model?
The listed HP printer families span more than one hardware generation. Model selection allows the correct compatible fuser assembly to be matched to your machine before shipment.
What does “exchange” mean?
You receive a replacement kit and agree to return the defective fuser removed from your printer. A prepaid return label is supplied in the box for this purpose. The other maintenance components do not need to be returned.
What happens if the defective fuser is not returned?
A $65 non-return charge will be assessed. If that charge remains unpaid, it may be referred to collections.
Does every print-quality problem indicate a bad fuser?
No. Toner cartridges, paper, print settings, rollers, and other components can produce similar symptoms. Confirm the source of the problem before ordering whenever possible.
Can I order this for a 220–240V printer?
No. Fusers are voltage-specific. This listing is intended for 110–127V printer configurations only.
