Reset the Fuser Life Reading to 100%
The RM2-7161 fuser card is designed to reset the displayed fuser or maintenance-kit life indicator to 100% after fuser replacement or service in a compatible 110V HP Color LaserJet printer.
For completed fuser service
Use the card as part of servicing or replacing the fuser so the printer’s displayed life reading reflects the serviced assembly.
Counter reset only
The card resets a life indicator. It does not replace the fuser assembly, repair worn components, or correct a physical fuser fault.
