Not Compatible With the CP5225 Series
The Printer Depot has physically verified that the complete CE725A 3 × 500-sheet feeder and stand does not operate with the HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5225 family.
Some parts catalogs cross-reference individual paper trays, rollers and internal feeder components between the CP5225 and CP5525 platforms. Those shared component references should not be interpreted as compatibility of the complete CE725A feeder/stand assembly.
M775 configuration note.
M775-family printers were sold in several factory paper-handling configurations. The M775z and Managed M775zm were commonly configured with the 3 × 500-sheet lower feeder, while other configurations may have a 1 × 500-sheet stand or 3,500-sheet high-capacity feeder installed. CE725A replaces the lower paper-handling base and is not intended to stack on top of another cabinet-style feeder.
