Choose the correct tray assembly.
CN598-67018 is the Tray 2 separator / pick assembly reference. Additional paper trays can require different parts, even when the assemblies look similar.
For the PageWide Enterprise 556/586 and Managed E55650/E58650 families, HP identifies D3Q21-67002 for Tray 3 and D3Q21-67003 for Trays 4/5. The 452dwt and 477dwt entries above refer to the base printer’s Tray 2, not the additional feeder bundled with those configurations.
